As a busy working mother, Stephanie Cleck can relate to her clients. Recognizing the need for services that make women’s hectic lives more manageable, the professional hairstylist came up with the idea for Concihairge, an in-home salon experience. “The concept took off,” says Cleck. “The business started small and grew very quickly.”
After relocating to West Chester from Virginia in 2014, Cleck launched the company in both states. “When I was working in the salon, my passion was making women feel good about themselves,” she says. “I found a new passion that I didn’t even know I had.”
